[PATCH 0 of 5] Groundwork for pbranch needed in Hg 1.1

These patches lay some groundwork for the pbranch extension (see http://arrenbrecht.ch/mercurial/pbranch/). I hope I can get them accepted before 1.1 is cut so pbranch will work against an unmodified Hg 1.1.

The patchbomb.py patch makes `hg email` reusable.

The patch series for graphlog.py makes the core ASCII art DAG grapher reusable.

The patch about showing non-interactive default responses is not essential but would be nice. If it cannot be incorporated using the --verbose option, I hope using a dedicated option like --echodefaults would be acceptable.
