[issue1382] hgk has no UI element focused on startup

When I run "hg view" to launch hgk it starts but the UI element keyboard focus
is not as smart as it could be. Ideally I would like the main list of changesets
to be in keyboard focus so that I can press the UP/DOWN keys right away to start
moving around in the list of changeset.

This would probably be am easy one liner call to a "setfocus" method during
startup but it would be a very helpful little tweak for hgk. Thanks.
