Call for testing: mercurial 1.1

In general it would be nice if hg had better introspection capabilities and
some thought to doing this comprehensively would be nice:

- find your rcpath (I added an extension for this but its not really
adequate since
  if you did not know the path you couldn't install the extension)
- find your hgext location
- what repository version
- what version of hg (this one exists via 'hg version')
- config (this one exists via 'hg showconfig')
etc.
