[issue1342] Strip breaks if a .i file has non-monotonic linkrevs

strip breaks the repository if one of the .i files has non-monotonic linkrevs. I'm 
still looking for a simple reproduction. I know I can reproduce it by repeatedly 
editing a file in a branch and then rebasing to linearize the history, but it 
doesn't always work.
