[issue1351] Complement flag to --git

While there is a --git option to `qrefresh' which allows to switch to
extended git format for the current patch there is no --plain (or
--no-git or what ever a good name would be) option which allows to
switch back.

As --git not only operates on the current refresh but also changes the
default for the patch at hand (which IMO is a good thing!) there is no
straight forward way to get back to good old plain vanilla diff
format...
