[issue1353] Pygments is failing to show the copyright symbol with hgweb

I encountered a UnicodeDecodingError with a copyright symbol on one of my source
files.

I applied the fix from http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/bts/issue1341

I no more get the UnicodeDecodingError, yet, I also don't get the copyright
symbol(©).

My source files are all in utf-8 as my system is.

If I disable the pygments highlighting the symbol is shown.
