Using mercurial on sourceforge

I've just been trying to set mercurial to the gquilt source on
sourceforge using the instructions at:
<http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/MercurialOnSourceforge>
of which you appear to be the author. All seems to work well except
that when access is attempted using hgweb it fails with an import error:
ImportError: /home/groups/g/gq/gquilt/lib/hg-1.0.1/mercurial/bdiff.so:
wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32
args =
('/home/groups/g/gq/gquilt/lib/hg-1.0.1/mercurial/bdiff.so: wrong ELF
class: ELFCLASS32',)
A similar problem occurs when I try:
<http://mutt.sourceforge.net/hg/>
My interpretation of this is that sourceforge has migrated to a non 32
bit system and the precompiled mercurial provided on your page needs to
be rebuilt to take account of this. How can this be remedied?
Thanks
Peter
PS Would it be possible for sourceforge to install mercurial or system
wide use rather than each user having to install his/her own? I ask as
I assume the sourceforge in your e-mail address implies you may have
some influence there.
