[PATCH] Add -DdUu options to transplant

Hello,

as it seems that my earlier mail to the general ML has been missed
(and, of course, the wiki warns about this), I'm submitting again. The
attached patch attempts to enhance "transplant" by -U, -u and -D, -d
options, similar to what "commit", "import" or "qrefresh" have. Can
you please consider it for application?
Anyway, thanks for the great work on Mercurial.
