Summer of Code progress

Hi everyone,

Since the student application deadline is rapidly nearing, I have two 
requests concerning the Summer of Code application processes:

- I'd like to have all the willing mentors registered in the SoC app.
- I'd like all the students who want to apply to actually put their 
application in the SoC app. You will still be able to improve on your 
application until the application deadline the day after tomorrow.

Students, please also link to the patch/issue you fixed to demonstrate 
your skills in your application so we can track that. In general, try to 
be aware of the points listed in our application template.

I hope we can make Mercurial better this summer! Some of the student 
involvement has already turned out valuable patches, thanks for that.
