[issue1587] hg convert misses directory renames

i'm trying to convert monotone repo to hg and it misses directory rename

in monotone log:
Renamed entries:
    "SOPE/sope-gdl1/GDLContentStore to SOPE/GDLContentStore"
in hg repo only "SOPE/GDLContentStore/GNUmakefile" that was modified file in
monotone changeset

also it's interesting that monotone listed more files as changed then mercurial
