[PATCH 0 of 1] Zeroconf patch

Hi, this small patch fixes one small annoying "feature" of Zeroconf.py - or at
least I hope that it fixes, this happens in quite unpredictable way.

When you have "hg serve" running with zeroconf enabled, it can drop exceptions
about NonLocalNameException. I've added name to parameters of exception and this
is IP addresses. Looks like there is no harm in just skipping such question.
