Hi -devel,

I'm interested in helping out a bit with Mercurial development.  This is the 
first patch that I have submitted.  Obviously there's no real meat in this 
change, but please let me know if there are any problems with the way I 
submitted this patch or updated the associated issue so that I don't make the 
same mistake again.
