[issue1619] hg convert -s mtn errors when renaming directories and modifying/adding/deleting files

`hg convert -s mtn` fails to convert the Guifications3 repository [0] with an
error on the attached commit. We suspect that it is failing due to the fact the
commit renames a folder, deletes files from within it, and adds a file in the
renamed folder all in one commit.
