[PATCH] allow http authentication information to be specified in the configuration

Hehe.... yes, well I liked the format too, but (at least with the old config parser), the scheme couldn't be specified in the configuration like that since ':' was a valid key-value separator. But maybe that's changed now and we can restore the old, simpler format?

Hey!

Is there a good reason why you changed the old configuration format?
  uri prefix = username:password

I liked it much better because it's simpler; I think you're much more
likely to remember it if you use it a few times a year.

If it's because you wanted to support URI schemes then how about
making the scheme optional?

  [scheme://]uri prefix = username:password
