I miss folder manipulation under hg.

svn has very nice features to: add/remove/rename folders. some simple rules: you
can delete folder and folder deleted on next update if it do not have files
inside. simple to add empty folders, and rename it (without renaming ALL files
in it)

mercurial only has file renaming with huge loging.

in this issue i also expect to have folder ignore properly like svn has. with it
we will get easier way to partial cloning feature (described in issue 105).
