Are we still using a customized version of dulwich or are we able to use an
upstream version?

 Not supporting incoming doesn't seem like the end of the world - it seems
like a nice feature for "later" to my mind. I'm glad push/pull seem to be
working.

So this week I'll try finish this, and send a call for tests to the mailing

Some high-level user docs might be good as well before you call for tests -
just an overview of what to expect usability wise for an hg user.
