[PATCH 0 of 2] keyword: remove useless test; reference templating help

Hi,

The first patch is a resend so the second patch is smaller ;-)
The "help keyword" output in the test had indeed the main purpose
to annoy developers (not) running tests, imho.

The second patch references "help templating/templates" where
necessary.

btw, what's the prefered way to quote hg commands in help texts?
Double or single quotes? "hg help command" or 'hg help command'?
