[PATCH] mercurial.ini: provide more useful info

There should be a C:\Users\Default User\.... path in modern windows, I
believe that when an account is created, things from there are copied
to the new user. It's equivalent to /etc/skel on unix.

Note that I haven't played with this in a while, and this only
influences new users.
