Oh... I'm quite busy at the moment, so I haven't tested our manpages
after the last series of updated to rst2man. I also have to do something
about my mirror of the rst2man now that it has been moved from their
"sandbox" to the repository proper.

Right, the HTML writer is independent from the manpage writer.

So far I've done both: I've sent patches upstream and put forward-
compatible workarounds in place. By "forward-compatible" I mean that
both the rst2man shipped by Debian and the upstream rst2man.py works.

The upstream author is Engelbert Gruber <grubert at users.sf.net> and has
been very responsive and accepted all my patches. He has recently asked
for more testing of rst2man after it was moved out of their sandbox.
