Not if you take into account the fact that I (as an MQ user) no longer 
need to know about 'rebase' or how to use it.  N.B. I'm not saying here 
that 'rebase' is useless just that I don't have another use for it (at 
this time).

I think an important point is that it makes MQ "stand alone complete".
