qsave may be obscure, but it's been published!

All this talk of removing obscure commands from MQ seems to overlook
the tiny detail that there is a published book, on paper, in
bookstores now, that describes the use of many of those commands.
Including the super-obscure procedure for rebasing a patch queue with
3-way merges that relies on qsave.

I sincerely hope that we have a better way of rebasing a patch queue
by the time the second edition of Bryan's very fine book comes along.
But in the meantime, we really should assume that in 5 years someone
will be reading the first edition and using it to rebase a patch queue
with Mercurial 1.9 or 2.5. If it fails, that looks bad.

Two instant aphorisms for you:

1) Nothing lasts forever, but software comes close.

2) Implementations come and go, but interfaces accumulate. [1]

[1] I dunno who said it first, but this is a blatant rip-off of
"Friends come and go, but enemies accumulate".
