New list for fast-import workers

Hi folks --

Ian Clatworthy, author of bzr-fast-import, has just created a new
mailing list for anyone interested in the fast-import format.  He's
already pulled in some people from the git community, and all are
agreed that coordination between the git, Bazaar, and Mercurial
communities with regard to fast-import changes is a Good Thing.  If
you are of a like mind, please come join the list!  You'll find it
