[PATCH] hgrc.5: separate line blocks from preceding paragraphs

This change looks very cosmetic. Their might be a problem from
the point of view of logical markup: An indentation change is a
stronger separator than a line block. So it's hard to connect the
indented explanations logically to the preceding line blocks
without indentation.
