Please, don't remove them. I, for one, install hg using the tortoisehg
installers, but also normally use it through msys and a console (with a
bash shell) in addition to the shell facilities tortoisehg provides.
Bash completion is very useful even for windows users, as it is having
tools like fgrep and other *nix utilities at hand.

Those are not very big files and removing them would mean having to
manually install them.
