[PATCH 0 of 2] rst2man: inline block and typo fix

Hi,

The first patch separates inline blocks from the paragraphs
preceding them. Otherwise the path samples in hgrc.5 are glued
to the wrong paragraphs.

The second patch is hopefully self-explanatory ;-)
