I tried to register with the RoundUp bug tracker at
http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts, but I got the message "You do not
have permission to register the user class", in a red banner at the
top of the page. I was not registered apparently, as I could not login
afterwards. What makes it difficult to register the bug I (and others)
experienced.
How can this be solved ? Or should issues always be sent to one of the
mailing lists, so a crew member can register a bug when appropriate ?
