This was introduced in 1.4.9, not 1.4.11, so it is needed, for 1.4.9
and 1.4.10, too. The roundup docs before 1.4.11 just forgot to
mention it.

(Luckily I always import the newest roundup classic template into an
hg repository and apply everything I want to behave differently via
mq patches :))
