New submission from Sumit Chachra <sumituee at hotmail.com>:

Not sure if anyone else is facing it, but with 1.1.1 (and earlier also, don't
know) if I have a "site" directory in my repo then I get this warning whenever I
execute any of the mercurial commands: "warning: Not importing directory
'/Users/chachra/work/t2/site': missing __init__.py"
