[issue1502] Bookmarks: pull causes bookmarks to move.

Clone repo foo to bar.  Make some changes in bar, commit. Make divergent changes
in foo. Have bar pull from foo and create a new head.  Add a bookmark B in bar.
 Make another change in foo. have bar pull from foo.  Your bookmark B in foo has
just moved to tip.

Attached a shell script that reproduces the problem.
