[PATCH 0 of 6] Win32 installer updates

Hi,
as we are one week away of the feature freeze date, I resend my patches queue for the Win32
installer as no one commented them yet.
Some of them are almost mandatory (like packaging the language files) and some of them are
nice to have (like setting automatically the hg version in installer).

I hope they can be commented/reviewed in time for the deadline.
