I'm just curious: have you been able to test the translations under
Windows? The Danish translation is probably easiest to try.

Does the transcoding work correctly? The output is encoded with the
encoding in mercurial.util._encoding, which itself comes from
locale.getpreferredencoding or HGENCODING.
