We need binary builds for Windows and Mac (and everything else)

Hi Matt,

I can provide win32 binary builds as I already did to test a fix for
bugs 1448 and 1453. I also submitted a few patches for the win32
installer that unfortunately got no reviewers yet.
But my builds are done by hand on my home PC, so I cannot ensure to
always provide the latest release every time a new changeset is
commited. But if I can help I will be glad to do so.

Regards,
Pascal.
