We need binary builds for Windows and Mac (and everything else)

As I said before, I have a nightly build job for crew running on my
PC. I can easily add a trunk build. The issues would be:

- Nobody knows who I am, so why should my builds be trusted?
- I'd need a way to host the builds somewhere. And wherever it was,
would need to be secure (so others couldn't replace the binaries).
- My builds are just based on my local PC, so if I'm on holiday, or my
internet connection goes, so do the builds.

But I can certainly do it, if that helps.
