[issue1526] Newer mercurials can not merge and rename in same changeset?

Newer mercurial versions (1.1.2) seem to have trouble when merging and renaming
at the same time. Version 0.9.5 works fine in that situation.

Script for reproducing the problem attached (generated with the script utility
and edited for readability).
