[issue1466] hg help misses description for some extensions

I use the crew repo installed via a Gentoo ebuild, and "hg help" misses
descriptions for the following extensions: 

 * Distributed with Mercurial: 
	- transplant
	- gpg

 * Not distributed with Mercurial
	- hgswitch
	- hgsubversion

Is that a general issue or does it just stem from my local setup?
