Sorry, I had your message after fixing and pushing them. I added one to explicit how the HTML documentation should be built and updated the makefile to make it easier to run under Windows.

Pascal, thank you for all these patches! I never expected to review "Pascal" code (no pun intended) in 2009...

One note though, the way you send the second and third row of patches should be changed: the patches are linewrapped and CRLF were changed to LF, which make them impossible to apply without manually fixing them first.
