[issue1471] hg serve graph: Increase canvas width

Hi, all.

Still, please increase canvas width (
http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/bts/issue1471 ).

We do lots of branches, and pages look like this:

I propose increasing canvas width twice. (sed -i -e
's/width="224"/width="448"/')

(better patch could contain really needed canvas width computation).
