Sorry, English is not my primary language so I'm not sure I understood 
what you meant.
AFAIK, for the windows installer all python packages must be installed 
before compiling the executable with py2exe and with current setup.py 
this fails even when pygments is installed. I'm a python newbie, so I 
might be wrong and maybe there is another way to do it without this 
patch but I don't know how.
