[issue1731] hg incoming --graph seems to be broken

I'm using mercurial 1.3 with the graphlog extension enabled.
When using -G/--graph, hg incoming exits with the following error message:
abort: 00changelog.i at 36a3b92aca4d: no node!
The attached script shows how to reproduce the problem (it assumes the graphlog
extension is enabled)
