[issue1741] hg.exe maxing out cpu and running indefinitely

A core on my machine is constantly running hg.exe (meaning that on my
two-core machine I see ~50% usage constantly)

After reboot, it goes away, but any interaction via MercurialEclipse or
TortoiseHG (be it commit/update/push/pull) means that hg.exe ends up running
indefinitely at max.

Any idea how to debug this and help find the offending call or where the
(presumed) infinite loop is?
