New submission from Mika Hepoviita <mikahe at kauhajoki.fi>:

When cloning a nested repo after parent has been cloned ok, subrepo pull
fails due to HTTP '404 Not found'. In request address the %5C '\' looks
suspicious, should probably be '/'.

Attached .sh scripts create a nested repo (like here:
http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/subrepos) and cloning it works in Linux,
but not in WinXP: (example log excerpts)

Linux:
pulling subrepo nested
using http://localhost/%7Emika/main/nested

WinXP:
pulling subrepo nested

using http://HPomnibookXE3/%7Emika/main%5Cnested

Initially reported here: http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/421
