[issue1756] WinXP: hg 1.3 localhost HTTP clone of subrepo fails

This problem is created in a similar way than issue 1755
(http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/issue1755), the difference is that this
time subrepo pull fails when HTTP source is WinXP machine (in log
localhost), not Linux. However, it's not clear if this is hg or **web server
related problem** (in this case LightTPD/1.4.13 (Win32/Cygwin)).

Any ideas how to debug this further?

One way is that I'll try to change Apache 2.2 config for hg hosting using
the same machine.
