i18n: please send me your translations

Hi guys,

Please send your translations *directly to me* in the future. There is
actually no need to dump a 100+ kilobyte diff on the mailing list since
it isn't really feasible to do "code review" on it anyway.

The easiest thing (for me) would be if you could setup a stable
repository URL and then just let me know on IRC when there is something
new for me to pull and merge. I'm "mg" on IRC.

Also, please send me the translations not yet distributed with Mercurial
(French, Greek, Traditional Chinese, maybe others?). Even a half-done
translation will make users aware that Mercurial can be translated and
it is much easier to contribute to an existing translation instead of
starting from scratch.

Finally, I've registered Mercurial in Transifex:

  http://www.transifex.net/projects/mercurial/

So far it allows you to download the .po files, but it is my
understanding that it will allow online translations in the future.
