Automated Windows tests

Hello,

Daily logs of crew tests under Windows can be found here:

   http://mezard.eu/hgtests

They are run from crew tip (http://hg.intevation.org/mercurial/crew/), modified by the win32 patch queue (http://hg.intevation.org/mercurial/pmezard/crew-w32.mq/), using pysh (http://hg.intevation.org/mercurial/pmezard/pysh/).

I already started to fix the obvious ones, crew-w32.mq and pysh will be updated soon.
