i can't explain why i picked 'in a' (and yes, i was aware of the other
text, having tried to improve this blob recently), i think it might
have to do with 'text' having plural/singular features.

not up to me, but i think people (djc, ...) settle on a string first
before worrying about whether a new patch is needed.
