[issue1710] subrepo URL support is incomplete

I want to be able to have a subrepo tied to a specific revision of a tree, i.e.
something like this:

hg = http://www.selenic.com/repo/hg#7b3d837ca60e

The use of a # character followed by a changeset ID works fine for cloning from
the command line, but throws an exception from the httprepository constructor if
I use this syntax from the .hgsub file.
