[PATCH 0 of 2] keyword: improve kwfiles status flags and kwfiles help

Hi,

First patch adds fine tuning of the kwfiles status flags.
I don't think any scripts out there will break because of the
change; the command is merely a configuration check after all.

Second patch is another try to clarify kwfiles help. In combination
with the first patch the help tries to be more similar to
hg status -h, just like the command itself.
