Thanks for doing this work!

I've taken your patch and tried to improve on it a bit.

- Some CSS was deleted which was still used elsewhere in hgweb/paper.
- There were a bunch of trailing in the CSS.
- I tried to further improve page size by using tags instead of classes.
- I tried to improve IE (7) compatibility.

Unfortunately, I kind of got stuck on that last part. It would be nice 
if some CSS guru could help me out with getting this fixed. The current 
state of my patches (annotmpl and betteranno) are available from my 
patch queue, which is at http://hg.xavamedia.nl/mercurial/djc.mq/. If we 
get this going soon, it might still make it into 1.2.
