[issue1532] TortoiseMerge entry in default Mercurial.ini incorrect

In the [merge-tools] section of the default Mercurial.ini file the TortoiseMerge 
entry has a spurious space between /base: and $output which prevents the merge 
tool from loading the files:-

tortoisemerge.args=/base: $output /mine:$local /theirs:$other /merged:$output
