[PATCH] i18n: add german translation

I'm not sure if we do not want to transmlate changesets. Even though
it's a quite technical term, a translation should hide that as this
might confuse people who do not speak english. I also think translating
bookmark literally (as Lesezeichen) would help.

I'm not sure if "lokale bewegliche Verweise" is a good translation. I
stubled over it somehow. Maybe something like "mitwandernd" might be
better? I'm not sure.

I think we should write "Hash" instead of "hash" at the expression is
quite often used and therefore can be regarded as a usual noun.

I'm not sure if we should translate the technical terms. I personally
think we should as I think translations usually are used by people not comming
from a very technical background. We also might want to try to find a
good translation for those terms and then integrate them into the patch.
